Court Prevents Senator Yari's Arrest by the EFCC, ICPC, and DSS
Prior to reviewing the authorities' plea, the Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the EFCC, ICPC, and DSS not to hold Abdul'aziz Yari, the former governor of Zamfara State.
On the complaint that was brought before the court on Monday, Justice Donatus Okorowo issued the ruling.
After reviewing the cases against the former governor, Abdul'aziz Yari, the court ruled that the EFCC, ICPC, and DSS officials cannot detain the elected senator Yari until the next time it meets.
The case's hearing was also postponed by Okorowo until this coming Monday, the eighth.
