 North West Nigerian Governments Have Agreed On Policies To Improve Security And Economy

The governments of the North West states have agreed to work together to provide sustainable development and economic growth and improve security.

The governors of Katsina, Kano, Zamfara, Kebbi, Jigawa and Sokoto states said this after an important meeting held at the Katsina government house.

During a joint press conference shortly after the conclusion of the meeting, the governors agreed to implement a common policy to deal with the security challenges that have plagued the region in recent years.

Also, they agreed to work together to improve the agricultural sector, by improving techniques, and access to agricultural products to market.
