 In his speech at the ceremony held at the government house, Governor Mallam Umar Namadi said that Bala Ibrahim Mamser was appointed as the secretary of the government based on merit and experience.

 He also congratulated him on his appointment and gave him full cooperation and support to advance the state in the future.

 In his speech, the new secretary of the state government, Mallam Bala Ibrahim, praised the state government for giving him this opportunity and promised to work hard to give shame to the poor.
